Gaborone

Gaborone is the capital of Botswana. This beautiful city is known for the Gaborone Game Reserve. It is sheltered native animals like wildebeest and impala, plus resident and migratory birds. To the southwest of the city, you would love to see rhinos and giraffes inhabit the Mokolodi Nature Reserve. If you want to take a city’s vies just follow footpaths that lead to city views at the summit of Kgale Hill. In the city center, the National Museum and Art Gallery display art and cultural artifacts. Botswana capital is the most fascinating city of this country.

Molepolole

Palapye, most beautiful cities in Botswana is a large town in Botswana located halfway between Francistown and Gaborone. The first people believed to have settled in the town are the Bamangwato people. The settlement of Phalatswe, also called Old Palapye, was the capital of the Bamangwato people at the beginning of the 20th century. The ruins of Phalatswe still stand today, a few kilometers away from the center of Palapye. In Palapye, summer months are from mid-September to mid-April. They are very hot and there are many thunderstorms. Daytime temperatures reaching up to 40°C. Winters in Palapye are dry and mild.

Maun

Maun, a popular city in Botswana is a small city with a population of just 56,000 only. This charming city is situated on the bank of the Thamalakane River in northern Botswana. Maun is the jumping-off point for the vast inland Okavango Delta. Okavango Delta becomes a lush wildlife habitat during the seasonal floods. Safari camps dot the Moremi Game Reserve, which is home to hippos, lions, and rhinos, in the delta. The Nhabe Museum features local art, plus history and culture exhibits about the surrounding Ngamiland region, in this town.

Serowe

Serowe is a charming small city of Botswana. This city has resided at Botswana’s Central District. Serowe is a commercial and trade center of Botswana. It is also counted in Botswana’s largest town. Serowe is known as the capital for the Bamangwato people in the early 20th century. It has played an important role in Botswana’s history not only this it is also known as the birthplace of several of Botswana’s presidents.

Kasane

Kasane considered in best cities in Botswana to visit. Lies in a riverine woodland and touches border of four countries; Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe. It is the confluence of two major rivers, the Zambezi and the Chobe. It’s also the northern gateway to the jumping-off point for excursions to Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park. Although it’s nowhere near as large or developed as Maun, there’s certainly no shortage of lodges and safari companies, as well as petrol stations and supermarkets for those heading out into the wilds.
