Air travel in hi-tech cabins
Albert Dillon almost 3 years ago
Many airlines have decided to offer their passengers as much comfort and service as possible. Air New Zealand recently announced that it will offer economy class passengers on long-haul flights the ability to rest in bunks.

Virgin Atlantic, for its part, decided to offer a similar service to first class passengers. The airline giant has ordered a range of hi-tech cabins on the new Airbus A330-900neo it is adding to its fleet. Each cabin is independent and in it there is an armchair a bench and opposite the armchair an entertainment system with a 27-inch touch screen that the user can use while listening with wireless headphones. The armchair turns into a bed if he wishes to sleep.

In case the passenger wants to accept another person in his cabin, there is provision for a second seat opposite the owner of the cabin so that they can talk or have lunch since there is space available for a small table between them. In the cabin there are also charging sockets for the passenger's electronic devices.

The aircraft will also have a lounge where up to eight people at a time can sit and enjoy their time.
